Appointment Booking Policy
Regular chemical hairdressing service - a deposit of £10.00 is required to confirm an appointment.
Permanent hair straightening service - a deposit of £50.00 is required to confirm an appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Regular Cutting Services - 24 hours notice is required
Chemical Hairdressing Services - 48 hours notice is required
Yuko System Hair Straightening/Hair Extensions - 2 weeks advanced notice is required
If an appointment is cancelled/changed without giving us sufficient/nil notice, deposits are non-refundable and clients are required to make full payments of services.
Complaint Policy
Treatments at Rainbow Connection are always carried out to the highest level of standard with customer care in mind as our priority. However, the perfect finished results of treatments also carry the foot-prints of customers' daily hair care/maintenance/lifestyle, as well as their other chemical treatments such as colouring/perming etc before/after the treatments. Therefore we always appreciate that all our customers who wish to book appointments with us for straightening treatments also supply us with full details of these chemical treatments before the treatments. Should queries/complaints arise after the treatments, they should have been raised in writing within 10 days of the scheduled treatment date. After this period has passed, Rainbow Connection will not be held responsible for any damages done to the hair. The duty of maintaining the straightness and silky condition of hair rest upon the customer after this period.
